BScPsych (Hons), MClinPsych, MAPS

Hi, my name is Emma. I am a clinically trained psychologist who works with adolescents, adults and older adults.

I have experience working in acute and community mental health settings, as well as in private practice.

I am particularly passionate about working with people living with anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and trauma.

Its important to me that I provide a safe and accepting environment for the clients that I see, and I welcome a diverse range of people including those from the LGBTIQ+ community.

My Approach

  • When I see someone for the first time, I will work with them to create a therapeutic plan that is tailored to their strengths, experiences, values and goals.

I am experienced in using a number of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy.
